Unruly hotel guests

I was surfing tumblr.com looking through the Cedar Point tags and I came across a video of some very unruly hotel guests and I have a few questions for the hotel/resort staff.
1. How often do you have to call security on guests?
2. Are mosts guests polite, or are people mostly disrespectful?

The employee in the video linked below is named "Thom" and works at Sandcastle Suites. I was really appalled at the actions of these guests, and I'm pretty sure it's considered harassment. I feel bad for him and I was wondering if there was anything that can be done about these guys? Being drunk is no excuse for being as impolite as these guys.

Yeah, some drunk immature guests from New York. The only thing you can really do is laugh and play it off.

I would have guessed storm chasers from Michigan. :)

Putting the video on YouTube to preserve their stupidity forever is clearly punishment enough. It seems they are working to one day make a list like this.

I can't see the video right now but yes, there are some unruly guests. There are a number of guests that go to the Point who don't generally stay at hotels. So, there is a lack of decorum simply because they don't know any different.

Guests can get unruly and, after 14 hours of standing in line you even get some domestic issues in the late hours but those situations are not the norm. Most of the time, a visit from a hotel security person or the manager will take care of problems. For more significant problems the CP Police can be called in to handle it. In the four years I worked there I believe I only had to have two sets of guests evitcted, if you will, from the hotel.

Consisdering the number of folks who stay there that isn't too bad.
