Never got a call back for the job?

Kind of weird, wouldn't you say? I wasn't really planning on going through with it, but was curious... I mean I'm a college student and all, I thought I would for sure get it.

I'm thinking it was maybe one of two reasons... a misdemeanor, which I guess I shouldn't have talked about but they did ask, or me saying they couldn't contact previous managers. It's not that I had anything to hide, but I guess I didn't want them to bug them. *shrugs*

I'm not sure why they didn't call you back, but I can tell you that you were better off telling them about the misdemeanor upfront, than waiting for them to find a nice little surprise during your background check.

It may have something to do with when you applied, or your job position choices. Maybe they haven't gotten around to calling you yet.

They wouldn't have known about your misdemeanor unless you had an interview and did the background check.

They probably didn't call you because of the 3 job choices you put. Or what you put down for the jobs you wouldn't take.

Don't remember what I put for the ones I didn't want but for the ones I wanted, I put ride op, position in one of the on ride photo buildings, and something in one of the hotels.

Weird, I couldn't tell ya why they didn't call you then. :-(

That's why I put the "Any position in Park Ops" blanket position as my #3. It didn't exactly land me my ideal job, but it put my foot in the door, I'm sure.

Remember, though, that they hire throughout the season, so you may not be out of the running yet, especially if people drop out at the last minute.
