How strict are they with visible tattoos?

Very. As in not allowed at all. Best to come up with some way to cover it, like long sleeves or high socks. ACE bandages were popular the summer I worked there, but I'm not sure if those are still allowed.

It sucks but you must cover them up and let me tell you the tan lines around your tattoos are amazing....not

OR, I don't know if they still offer it, but in the building where you would get your uniforms, they did sell cosmetic makeup. Not all cosmetic makeup for tattoos is created equally, some cover up really lousy, but the stuff that they sold to employees was called cinema secrets.

Management never asked me to cover mine up, in fact they loved getting up close to it...
