Looks like White Lightning for both Cedar Point and Carowinds...

When it says lightning strikes twice does that mean both CP and Carrowinds are getting rides called whyte lightning,and if so are they both gonna be the same.I cant imagine Carrowinds getting a hyper and CP getting a flume,but we've been suprised before.

Gotcha the site has nothing to do with CP just an add for Carrowinds new coaster...geez ,with all this teasing its gonna be disapointing when its not a coaster for CP.

Maybe it is a white lightning theme. I don't think it will be a nascar theme
because it is to close to a top thrill dragster theme. It would be a great theme for a wooden coaster

White Lighning would be weird at Carrowinds. They already have the famous, Cedar Fair red B&M track. White Lightning, but the color is red? Doesn't make sense.... But I guess you could look at Silver Bullet and say the same thing.

Overbuilding it up in your head, not the "teasing" is what will leave you disappointed.

Carrowinds is anouncing thiers on the 23rd and KD is on the 20th , will CP do thiers before or after?

You're right Jugga,, i'm just going to asume its a flume ride .If you hype stuff up to much in your head you'll be disapointed regaurdless.

Is Crystal Rock of West Virginia even a real company? I haven't found anything on Google to think it is. Also interesting, wasn't there a restaurant at Cedar Point a long time ago called Crystal Rock? And, there was (or is) a brewery in Sandusky called Kuebler-Stang. Their signature product was Crystal Rock Beer.

I think that crystal rock was a beer garden back in the day.

The tagline on the whytelighting page says "Bold. Exciting. Refreshing". Could this be refering to a water ride as well?

I did the same. I googled it and yahoo search everything on Crystal Rock , West Virginia and nothing came up.

Its funny how Walt and Jeff haven't been posting anything lately either.

I think this White Lighting storm is coming faster than we think.

If you search Crystal Rock Cedar Point on yahoo it tells you about how the Crystal Rock Castle was turned into a Maintenance Shop in the 1950's

Maybe this Whyte Lightning website is underconstruction and will go live with links and info after the anouncement. This is really confusing.
