I think if you put the last two "hints" together it is a new GCI woodie. The Gee, See Eye! is obvious to say the least, but the foot here, foot there, foot everywhere just says that it is for real. Think of how many small footers are used in building woodies...there are thousands of them!
Check out Prowler at WoF
Hmmmm....and I just noticed this picture from the Prowler construction. Wasn't there just a chain shipment over by Gemini???
"I think it is all starting to come together Pepper"
Speaking of Prowler, construction on it began in August with materials and land clearing, and with footers being poured sometime in mid/late September.

The "GEE SEE EYE" comment was no different than the one that said "AQUATRAX?" so why assume its all coming together, when the hint before said something completely opposite?
To me, the mere fact that they hinted to a GCI and an Aquatrax pretty much means you can count those possibilities as not happening. Why would they blantantly say what they're building in a hint? They are simply teasing you to the realm of possibilities the 2010 attraction could be.
I'm excited. :)
Renegade at Valleyfair! was constructed in an off season. http://rcdb.com/3660.htm?p=0
On the discovery channel they had Build It Bigger go to help build it. They could barely work somedays because of the negative temps. They got it up and running. CP can do it too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4F0VfW0uTe4 (Have to fast forward a bit)

While you could very well be correct, I guess I'm just holding on to the hope of a GCI! All I got is that the Aquatrax had a "?" and the Gee, See Eye has an "!".....pretty weak, I know :(

Except if you want to get technical, the way GCI builds their coasters, they have one big footer. Everything is connected with one long continuous footer as seen in this early photo of Prowler. After the main footer is poured, they put an additional footer on top of the main footer to attach the structure to.

From CP's FB:Gee, See Eye!!
Sounds like CP is getting a GCI Woodie to me. I hope it has at least 3 trains. I bet there will be an official announcement soon (less than a month?).
I think the location of the TrailCam (but not necessarily the direction it is currently pointing) is a good indication of where a significant part (big drop or station?) of the new attraction will be, especially considering that T&T mentioned it could be turned to face different directions in their blog comments earlier in the year. I think they will turn the TrailCam so it faces towards Millennium Island, where you will be able to see a lot of the construction of the new attraction. Just my $0.02.
