Hey, RaceRinger, I am a skyscraper fan and always love to ride it, but what do you mean when you say "the mirror"?

Whitewater landing and pirat ride.

what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

I never got to see it, but Vertigo looks like it would be fun. That's my vote.

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

This is before my time but I love vintage rides and I'd like to see the Tumble Bug back, or I believe Cedar Point just called it the bug, and with the exception of Kennywood's Turtle I believe this ride is now extinct. I'd also like to see the frontier lift return so you could easily get from the midway to frontier town without the long walk.

There is a mirror that lets the ride operator see the carriage when its parked at the top. It was pretty much worthless except when the sun was high and we could shine it at our friends on the go-kart track. I

^What he said. From SkyScraper, you could literally shine sunlight in the face of people around the Go Kart track, on the Challenge Park Midway, going up the lifthill on Magnum, and everywhere in between.

I personally enjoyed positioning the mirror to shine the sun right at whoever was on bridge just before I rotated back to Ripcord. That way they were stuck with sun in their face until the sun moved away.

I agree on the Rotor. Never got to experience the ride at CP. As I love the spin and puke rides. A a recent carnival they had the Rock O Plane ferris wheel which is the best ride that they could have. As me and my friend still can't our other friends and people to get a accurate count on our spins. From the start of the ride during the cycle and unloading we are spinning non stop. Needless to say the highest one guy counted and then he gave up was around 250 times around. Heck in that ride we got a extra spin around. The worst part was when the operator stopped us as our brains were still spinning.

Also bring back Vertigo as I was lucky enough to enjoy a ride on it for the short time it was there as me and my brother experienced the cosmic flip.

To clarify why they removed the Schwabinchen was mainly due to hard time of finding parts to repair it cause of its age.

I would love to go on Vertigo! Another extreme ride that I would have to ride by myself because my friends are sissys. :)

I vote for the monorail or mill race. Even though the mill race was small, it was cool and unique. Curse you Raptor for using your talons to steal the place of the mill race!!!

give me the earthquake ride, funny side note, when i worked at the point in '85 just before they took it out, the girls who worked at earthquake also worked cedar downs, their crew sweatshirts that year said, "we mount 128 at a time and then the earth shakes" its was great.

Let me add to my list the Giant Slide. On a good day, you could get a little air time on that second hill.

What about the Cedar Point Cyclone? I bet GCII could do a good job on a replica.
