Living at Cedar Point

Hey everyone! I am going to be working at Cedar Point next summer and was wondering, where is the best place to live at Cedar Point? Are the community bathrooms individual stalls or are they wide open one roomed showers? Where would you all recommend living?? HELP!

Commons. Hands down. You get:

- Parking spaces
- Co-ed housing
- Proximity to your friends
- Much, much more!

But, you'll need to drive to work or take the bus.

If you live at Cedars, here's what you get:

- Peace and quiet at night
- Ability to oversleep, then just "get up and go", from wakeup to on-the-job in 10-15 minutes.
- That's about it.

What are you going to work as at Cedar Point?

Well, I am majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Grand Valley State University in Michigan. I am planning on working there next summer so I can get college credit. I am thinking I want to be a ride op for a roller coaster. Another job that sounds interesting to me is the auditor, I currently work at a bank. I am hoping that I can gradually work my way up to upper management. I am looking at all my housing options now. I really hate community bathrooms, we have them in college, but I was wondering what the commons apartment bathrooms were like. Are they stalls or opens rooms?

If you're majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management, you might be able to get a paid internship with the park. Of course it won't be a ride operator's position, but it'd be more likely to give you experience in the field you're majoring in.

Commons apartments are stalled showers. The only place that has hall community showers where its just a bunch of curtains between showers is Cedars.
