Season Pass ERT

Just got an email from CP about a special ERT session on Dragster July 11, 12 and 13. It's just for season passholders (can be passholders from any CF park) and starts each night at 10:45 and runs for an hour. Just wanted to spread the word. I know I'll definately be there at least one of those nights. It's nice to see some more perks showing up for passholders. :)

Wow that's great. I haven't heard of there being any perks for season passholders in a long time. I wonder how they'll work that out (closing the line early for guests to ensure the ride is cleared by 10:45).

Awesome! I'm so glad they're doing this again this year! I'll hopefully be there.

Anywho....I'll be making a trip one of those days. I'm really looking forward to it.

I saw this too in the fun times email. Does anyone know how many season pass holders there are? How many show up for this type of thing? I guess what I'm getting at is will I wait 1 hour for 1 ride during a 1 hour ERT? If so, I'm better off going at a better time of day (I have to work the next day). If I can get more than 1 ride well, I think you can count me in. Has anyone been to a SP event like this before?

They just never know if MF is going to be running or not. :)

Well, the email said that ERT will start once the ride's line is cleared, approximately 10:45. I guess I should have mentioned that part. The park closes at 10 on all those nights.

I wonder what their thinking is for doing it for all Season Pass holders, rather than just Joe Cool club members as they did it the one other time they did such an event.... Maybe because Joe Cool guests get ERT everyday, I guess.

im goin thursday. i wonder how many people will be there and how long the wait will be?

I'll be there tommorrow, but I'm going with a nonseason passer. So I can't take advantage of this. Oh well.

I'm seriously considering a trip down for this. Maybe a MF/Magnum marathon followed by some Dragster. Sounds like fun. :)

I really do not see how this will work. When I was at the Point a couple of weeks ago, I was in line for Dragster still at 11:45. What would they do if that happened? kick out everyone that isnt season pass holders? or just let things run their course?

And I hope to make it up on Thursday for this, should be fun.

The park knows when the line usually is gone on each day of the week, and is basing the time of the event on that.

Thanks but I'm now going thursday. BUT I still will not be able to stay for the ERT. My friends parents are too protective and dont want us home late.:(

I'm trying to convince him to tell them we ran into traffic on the way home.......but he's too honest! ::sighs::

I cant believe I have to miss something like this for my all-time favorite coaster.>:-(
