WT fixed/healthy yet?

Oh no! All I've heard is about how its been down for the past few days. Is it up yet? I love this ride, its a good break from all the long lines. Any updates?

It's been down for 8 days. I think they're waiting for parts.

I hear it's supposed to be up later this week. Of course I didn't hear the official word, but that seems to be the buzz around the employees.

That's what I heard, too...I heard Friday, but don't quote me on that. I now know what happened, but I don't know if it's legit to post it.

I MISS WICKED TWISTER

Wow I really had it good on my trip on June 23-25. I got there after the Dragster problems, and before the wicked twister problems. Besides, I got to see Dragster stuck at the top.

Hopefully it will be up soon.

I was there today, the ride was still down.

Anyone know what's wrong and could tell us in generic terms? I was there a couple weeks ago, and it was down for ~15 minutes, possibly related? (I ask because I've never seen it down before, except for weather)

Who knows, I was there the 6th and 7th, and it was still down. Here's hoping that it gets back up and running soon, not that it matters to me because I live too far away and wont be getting back again this year, but it always sad to hear a ride isnt in operation.

I don't care how long it takes, they have to bring this ride back to its orginal glory back in May of 2004. The ride was good back then. Now it's viberator the ride (that's not meant to sound dirty).

Anyone go to the park today and notice if it was fixed?

I'll be there on the 21st and 22nd, hopefully it'll be going.

As of July 8th it still wasn't working.

I miss it too. The midway over there is kind of quiet without the ride running!

and maXair gets more attention on that midway...and leads to a somewhat bigger line

I'll be down about 3-4 more days with a blown transformer.

lol at bholcomb. We know what you meant. As long as WT is up and running on the 18th then I will be a happy camper.

Yeah I went on the 6th of July(Too Busy of a Day BTW), and me and my buddy were told it wouldn't open that day because of mechanical issues. We walked by it off and on and saw the mechanics on the ladder, and one time we saw them on the front spike. I don't know why there was a mechanic up there, but who knows.
