If you haven't seen the new video. Check it out. www.cedarpoint.com I think they could have done a better job at it...but thats just me. What do you think?

I think it's a great video. Great camera work and it covers all aspects of the park in one nice little video.

The end of this month, my Brother and myself are going to "shoot the Point" in our attempt to make a CP Video. I doubt I'll be able to post it anywhere online, as it will be in DVD format. Just TOO big.

The "Heaven" video was VERY cool and inspired us to do better. We shall see what we can do. :)

Why are you impressed? We haven't even shot it yet. Then comes picking the correct music to be playing at the correct times...

This will be a "many month" project. I only hope we can convert it to a Web Friendly format and post it somewhere. We shall see.

Any advice would be appreciated...

Does anyone know any good links to some CP videos? I have a couple, but I'm wondering if there is some great video out there I don't know about. Thanks.

My two favourite compilations are the "Heaven" video, as previously mentioned, and also last years "Magic Crapet Ride" video from our friends at CoasterSims.com.

If anyone has any other favourites, I would be more than happy to host them short-term (providing you have the original producer's permission).

Not to stray too far off topic, but does anyone know who created the "Heaven" video?

Cedar Point just cannot look bad on film...period.

I liked Cedar Point's video, and that darn catchy tune is gonna be in my head all day.

On the side-topic of "Heaven," it brought a tear to my eye. I'm gonna have to applaud the maker. Props, baby, props.

As I do not have speakers on my comp at work, the music is a moot point for me. I thought that the commercial was great. I liked the part where they would fade from one coaster to the next from a front seat point of view.
