How do I find out if I am on the No Re-hire list?

I have already filled out my application for the 2004 season online and it didn't say anything about being on the No Re-hire list.

...or if I am a conditional rehire or not?

If you think there might be a reason that you would be on either list, that would be a red flag right there. Is there any reason for you to think that? If not you should be fine.

If you left before your contract was up then you are likely a No Rehire. Sometimes, another department can still hire you but you have to be lifted off the No Rehire by the original department and that means the two departments will talk.

Nathan from the way I understand it, if it let you apply on-line than you're not on the No-Rehire list.

If you were able to apply on-line you are definatley not a no-rehire. The system is set up to tell you that you are have no-rehire status and that you are not able to complete the on-line app. If you were a no-rehire employee you could request your status changed after one year. Except in extremely rare circumstances, no-rehires will not be changed the next summer and only the department that gave you the no-rehire can change it. If you left without completing your agreement you are probably a conditional rehire.

If I was kicked out of housing last summer, but was not fired, I can I live in housing this coming summer if I am rehired?

Maybe you should check into another line of work.

I was kicked out of housing in a completely unfair way. I had done nothing to break the housing code. In fact, I believe the housing code says that if you have a problem with someone and you do not want to live with them, you have to be the one to leave and you cannot force them to leave or harrass them about it. My room mates complained about me being messy and it was all heresay. I didn't even get the chance to hear what they said to the people in charge or say anything in my defense. It was completely one sided and unfair. So I don't really think I need to look for another line of work. I just got the wrong room mates. In fact, right now I am living with 10 people in a Fraternity house and I get along quite well with everyone here. Now, maybe someone can give me a real answer to my previous question.
