Whats this with Wicked Twister? It was REALLY hard to understand what you were trying to say, anyway I'll be there tomorrow for season pass, i'll have to see if i can notice anything up with WT.

They added yellow supports to the back spike in order to keep itself from cracking like it did last year.

oh, so how far up the track does it go? I'm assuming that the support attaches directly to the track?

I didn't know it cracked. Can some one tell me what happened?

Big D

Thats kind of Reassuring, But this is kind of showing how bad it got that they would have to acctually ADD a support.

Check out this thread from the Wicked Twister Forum which explains everything and even has pictures of the welding that took place last year.

I would rather hear synthesizers sing than hear rappers talk.

at leats there wont be any welding fireworks at 4 am like last year... i would rather have a support and know if wasn't going to break off on my ride...

Just got back! What a trip, i'm from Port Huron, Mi and for those who don't know where that is it is in almost the tip of the thumb. I drove 3 and half hours each way today to purchase my season pass at the park. To see what my experience was like today click this link: http://www.guidetothepoint.com/cpplace.aspx?mode=thread&TopicID=11455

Yeah, the supports are on the front and back towers. I just got back from processing my pass, and as I was standing in line I watched Raptor, Blue Streak, and PT running (no TTD testing unfortunately), and man it just made me want to go take a ride right then. May 4th can't come fast enough.

Enjoy your ride on the big bad bug
