My vote is for Metallica, Fuel! And I don't see why they wouldnt consider it. They could get a clean version of it. And they do play Metallica in the lines during the summer. They have music from three of there albums including the one that Fuel is on. If not Fuel, then "I can't drive 55"! Great song.

I forget who sang this song, but, how about Free Ride? I think that would be a great theme song for TTD.

How about a little song I made up myself. It goes like this, *clears throat* Over the top hat and throught the twist on Top Thrill Dragster you'll go. The ride ops know the way to carry the train, so 420 ft. we go-o (repeat):)

---------------------------

TTD; it's nothin too short of an extremely tall coaster!!

I like this one its catchy ;)

Even though the lyrics are a tad bit off, I will go with Low Rider

They Do? HEehehehhehe*giggles uncontrollably* Man, I could die happy if I was on the ride for TTD and heard Fuel. Fuel is track 1 on 'Reload' (1997). I know CP has 'S&M' because they played "No Leaf Clover" in the Raptor line last summer. :D

It'd be pretty awesome to have all the songs (that have been listed) be playing in line...that would be sweet.

Top Gun's Danger Zone and Cake's Going the Distance are the best two theme songs for TTD. Those songs just seem to fit this ride perfect! What would be really cool is if TTD had music playing while riding it like Disney's Rock'n'Roller Coaster, But TTD being SOOOO FAST, and it's length wouldn't help the idea of the music.

Thanks for the info 99er on the song Free Ride. I still believe that would be the best song to use as a theme song for TTD. I haven't heard another song that sounds good for this ride.

Picture it. Standing in line. Feel the excitement? You're gettin' pumped up! The adrenalin is flowin' hot & heavy. This ride stares down at you. Laughing at you. Daring you. You're gonna beat it, too. Why? Because:

I, I feel so alive.

For the very first time

I can't deny it.

I feel so alive!

P.O.D. Alive!

How about this.......

Smash Mouth - Walkin' on the sun

or

Alien Ant Farm - Smooth Criminal

I dont know if the second one would be that great for a "family Park" but still a great song.

I agree with the previous folks who mentioned Rob Zombie's "Dragula" and Ministry's "Jesus Built My Hot Rod". I also have to suggest My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult's "Sex On Wheelz" just because those trains are so hot! ;)

How about a soundtrack where the songs change depending on where you are. I know it's not realistic but either is this thread

1. Ticket to Ride- The Beatles

2. The Waiting- Tom Petty

3. Start Me Up. Rolling Stones

4. Rollin'- Limp Bizkit

5. Too Fast For Love- Motley Crue

6. High Speed- Coldplay

7. Flyin' High Again- Ozzy

8. I can see for miles- The Who (Maybe they could use it in Kiddy Kingdom)

9. Free Fallin'- Tom Petty

10. Don't Stop- Aerosmith

11. The End- The Doors

12. Get Off- Republica
