I'm calling Fuel but I know it would never happen. I mean they wouldn't have to play the whole song if they're worried about language. They play the same part of the WT song over and over. Granted the WT spiel has no words but still. It could be done.

I agree with Will_1205....30 seconds or so of the song would be cool..buti dont think itll happen..or you could just go to walmart and buy the edited version

the thought of darude sandstrom as a theme song for any coaster makes me want to kill myself....that song sucks....i could make that in my pc with simple programs......i hope the taste of music is better then sandstrom! that song is the most over played over rated piece of crap ever on vinyl! and feul can be found on napster...oh wait lol no it can't! hehe i am sure CP could BORROW a metallica cd from a friend lol! i hope CP looks into some good techno songs/artist/the true deffenition of techno if they decide to choose music of that type. i hope the song is a good old rock song. i hope it isn't metallica since CP would probably have to give lars $1 everytime they play the song and $.25 for everytime someone thinks they should have picked a better band that isn't concerned about money when they have like 30 cd's out!

The lawsuit was not about money, the band has more money than they could ever use, It WAS about the band's right to CONTROL thier own music. How would you like to be working on a song, and have some cheap-a**es with a computer, Destribute YOUR music to the public before you wanted it released. The uniformed think that it was about money and are too blind with thier own greed to see the truth...don't want to *gasp* pay for music. More than just the artists and record companies are feeling the effects(i.e. record store owners). Also, people have been buying music since the begining, why should the internet change that. You probably won't even listen, more happy spreading lies and thinking it's funny :rolleyes:

ANYWAY...I'd like to hear Metal, Hard rock and Classic rock playing over the speakers....Hell, how about a little Reggae. Just no techno *shudders*

Alphamale your not going to make it too long bashing Metallica considering quite a few people on this board like them.

Anyways I personally don't want some techno song. They should pick something more creative that fits the theme than to pick some fast tempo techno song that would fit with anything. But thats just my opinion.

Yeah, don't diss Metallica. I love techno in coaster stations, but I would have to agree that it just wouldn't feel right with this ride's theme.

Theres plenty of songs out there that have something to do with racing, cars, etc. I think they should be creative and pick something that goes with the theme. I mean there putting lights on the tower, flags at the end, bleachers, etc. Why not add some good music that fits.

I myslef would like an orchestral work (kinda like S:UE with the superman music from the movie) composed just for the ride. I don't know why, but there is just something about that kinda music that gets you all excited, just me I guess.
