I have to say that I just got into this whole forum type stuff but looking at the current progress of the ride from pics at virtualmidway.com I think that that drawing might not be far off but that is just my input also I don't believe that it will be called sky screamer nobody knows exactly except intamin and the silver tags at cedar point

You are right, most people don't know. But I know. And it will be Sky Screamer.

Sky Screamer sounds like some type of S&S ride... I won't believe it til the annoucement comes.

and who are you sigma one to somehow magically know what the ride is gonna be called like I said the only people that know are intamin and the silvertags at cedar point so unless you work at intamin or are a silver at cp I doubt your story is true

UR_coaster, why, might I ask, do you believe everything that a new member trolling the forums has to say? The last five people have ended up being banned within the day. Generally when a newbie posts with exclusive info that they claim only they know, and can't say because of a lame reason is lying.

My dad teaches a student who worked at Cedar Point on the Gemini and he said it would be called Sky Screamer. Do I believe him? No, of course not. But it is suprising to read on these forums and see how much total crap is believed here without any reason or proof. Its good to know that there are at least some people with brains here like MilleniumForce, CP bound and psycho691371.

Thank you. If only more people would have common sense on these boards, but as of late, it's almost non-existant.

By looking at the webcam, I'm even more inclined to agree with the name REDLINE. It looks as if the white track will be for the launch and the trains should hit top speed (REDLINE) around the time the track changes to red. Just like a tackometer (sp) set-up. Well, it makes sense to me.

Never mind. There is now a red/white/red pattern, it appears.

I like the name and agree that "Redline" would be cool AND make sense... Which is exactly why it prob won't be called this.

I'm speaking sarcastically, of course, but it does seem that we enthuisasts (at least me) think much differently than those that actually name these coasters....

With that said, its all just speculation anyway.

Exactly true...I dont know why all these people are saying what they "know" the name will be. The people that actually know the real name hardly post in these topics. I would like to know exactly how you think you know the name sigma one.
