Zones?

Can someone please explain to me how the "zones" are set up at cedar point, and what rides are in each zone?

There are several zones in the park. There are different zones for food services than park operations. In Park Op, now forgive me if I am not totally accurate here, Zone 1 is from the south SkyRide to Cedar Downs, Zone 2 is from Cedar Downs to North SkyRide including the Oceana Midway. Zone 3 is from North SkyRide to Gemini, Zone 4 is from Gemini, over the railroad tracks, all of FrontierTown, and the Frontier Trail all the way back down to North SkyRide, and Zone 5 is the Entrance Gate to South SkyRide.

Dave those are the zones for the sweeps. The rides zones are all messed up kinda.

Zones 1 and 2 are both in the front...zone 2 is Millennium Force/Power Tower (both sides of the lagoon) area and a bit of other stuff in the front..anything up there not in zone 2 (including Raptor) is zone 1.

Zone 3 is from Super Himalaya down to the Gemini, all rides included.

Zone 4 is from Gemini train tracks basically to Thunder Canyon which is the last ride on the trail before MF.

There is no zone 5 for rides, just sweeps. Hope that cleared things up a little.

Hang on there, I was told that MF was in Zone 4, is that wrong? I told my boss, Jenn, that I wanted to work by MF, she told me that it was in Zone 4. ???
