What did everyone think of zombie high school?

thoroughly dissappointed.

number of times to Cedar Point:50s/60s/70s/80s-3,1995-1,1996-27,1997-18,1998-13,1999-20,2000-16,2001-8,2002-7,2003-18,2004-14,2005-18,2006-28,2007-16,2008-17,2009-28,2010-26,2011-27,2012-21,2013-18,2014-24,2015-29,2016-46,2017-13,2018-14,2019-10,2020-0,2021-3 Running Total-483 72,000 miles traveled for the point.

I liked it, seemed longer than Club Blood and much improved IMO. Got startled a lot and enjoyed the haunt. But the wind made all the outdoor haunts a bust. Still had a blast tonight!!

It was not that good...nice scenery and all, but the scares were just not there. IDK, the older I get, the less I get scared of these haunts. Or maybe it's just CP's haunts that arent't so scary anymore. I am planning on going down to KI to check out their haunts and see how they stack to CP's...gotta love that platinum pass!!

I went to KI 2 years ago for Halloween and to be honest it was much better and scarier than CP. I still enjoy CP haunts but I felt last year was a step below previous years.

The scenery was very well done but over all there was very little effort by the monsters to scare people. I would have expected much better from opening night by a new haunted attraction.

How about the jockstrap room?

^ Oh the jockstrap room....... Very disorienting.

Yea, I was kinda grossed out at first, but then I realized that they were probably not USED. HA!!

I must of had somekind of forcefield going, because most the screamsters zero'd in on my girlfriend and left me alone. We had a good time.

The did the same thing to mine but she wasnt even scared and shes easily spooked.

Mine was all screams so they were loving her.

I have to add that I was impressed with all the school stuff they had brought in there. Made me glad I'm not in school anymore!!

A trip to KI's Haunt is definitely in order for me!

I noticed last year that the employees put little effort into scaring people. I thought maybe it was because I went in late October last year, and they were tired of it by then. I remember going in 2009, and it was so much better. We went through the part back where the log cabins are over and over, because they made an effort to go after people and scare them. Now it seems they just do very little when you're walking through, which makes it not worth a 2 hour drive and the money spent.

PB/fans: Club Blood is not good anymore. It is old and predictable.
CP: Ok, vampires aren't scary, zombies seem to be cool right now. This should please the complaints.
PB/Fans: Zombie high is not great CP can do better.

What does it take to please you people?

^^^ Uh...something scary? Actors didn't seem to try that hard to scare people...uh..what did YOU think?

Everyone should realize that this was the first night of the season, and the scareactors are still learning what works and forming their characters.

I enjoyed Zombie High, and it should only get better. This house no longer feels generic; it has lots of detail and a good theme like CP's newer houses.

I do plan on visiting several more times this fall and really do hope otll only get better.

We went through Saturday evening and I thought they did a decent job. It wasn't scary for me but it was cool looking and I was surprised quite a few times. They were putting effort into it. If you go into a building expecting people to try to scare you you're expecting it and that right there is going to take out some element of fear for most people. It had my 11 year old hanging on my sleeve so I would say it was effective. I liked the way they built walls out of desks, I thought that was cool.

Went into this late last night. Thought the scenery and props were very effective however the actors could have done a better job of "blending in" with the background instead of just walking around. The ones that seemed to get the most scares are the ones that hid under sinks, stayed very still like mannequins, etc. Would not recommend this for your little ones, they would be probably be freaked out. I still like Eden Musee better, just my 2c.
