Xcelerator vs TTD

However, Jen's from Cali, and Dragster doesn't get any better when she's around, either...

Let's not forget Hypersonic XLC. 0-80mph in 1.8 seconds. ;) That launch was like a punch in the stomach, and the rest of the ride was a rough one for sure.

My only trip to KBF and Xcelerator was down for yearly maintenance, not that it would've mattered since the state broke its record for most rainfall in a 24 hour period that day. We rode the boomerang and the drop tower(the only rides open), looked at Ghostrider and Excelerator, cried, got the fried chicken dinner and left. :(

Last year I had a great trip to KBF and SFMM, and I'd have to say I probably like TTD better. I just can't compare an 80mph launch to a 120mph launch. Yes the overbanked turns do add more (and yes the theming was done a lot better) but the launch on TTD is better in my opinion.

I was just at Knott's a little more than a week ago, and I have to give the clear edge to Dragster.

Because I can actually ride Dragster.

Yeah, even with a strap, no glasses. I would have thought that would have changed by now.

Xcelerator's capacity is also incredoubly low. I was on the ramp leading up to the station and it took probably 10-15 minutes. Anyone have Xcelerator's capacity? Another thing I disliked about Xcelerator, is that they only have 1 gate per car. Sometimes you would have to work out with the people behind you who would sit in the front and back. I could see this getting somewhat hectic on more crowded days.

There's only one coaster/ride in this world that allows you to honestly say "I looked *down* on Millennium Force, and boy was it small." Any guesses as to which one???
