Work in March?

I looked around and couldn't find a good answer. When workers start in march what are some of the job duties we will be doing since the park is not open yet?

Getting everything ready.

99% of the park is basically mothballed once the park closes, and it all needs to be ready for opening day. Cleaning, looking for issues and reporting to maintenance, checking stock of all sorts of goods.

Also getting trained for whatever job you have, and passing any certifications if needed.
