My area manager didnt even know what a black list was lol. PB term?

Anyway i told him about how it wasn't letting me reapply, and now that I think about it we got so off subject that I didnt ask why.. :/

Anyway he says that I can still apply but I dont know when the system will let me. "Hooray"... Waiting game all over again.

For you who have a problem with the app system i think you should talk to your area manager and see if they marked you for, hire, conditional rehire, or no hire. Its better than waiting and then finding out you're on the no hire list. Toodles.

Rather than stirring up a whole kettle of fish (possibly unnecessarily), why not just register and apply fresh and trust HR to handle it properly? If your old boss doesn't want to hire you, maybe a different one will grab your app and make you an offer.

They go by your social number though that is the problem..

Exactly. Your Soc. Is the main problem. I havent tried just doing the full app over but Im sure once you put in you SS number something might pop up saying you cant re-apply. Because why else would they have returnee's put in their SS number. Not for fun Im sure.

No lol. You really start to lose it when they start taking people in march to help clean and stuff. So don't panic...until march lol.

In my day it was referred to as the "Do Not Rehire" list, may still be. You could be put on it for any number of reasons, from being disciplined to leaving before your contract expired to your zone manager didn't like you.
