Hi Everyone!
I was recently hired for the front desk as a guest service agent at the Sandcastle Hotel. Has anyone ever worked there before? How many hours do you think I would get? When the manager (Nick E) hired me he said average 35-45. Is that about right? I'm trying to make as much money as possible!

*HOUSEKEEPING
Went in at about 9am got off at about 4 or 5. Working 6 days a week sometimes a double (March & April you'll have a lot of off days until the hotel open)
Sometimes you may work the night runner shift, you deliever towels, pillows etc and clean the lobby
You'll clean about 10 suites everyday, sometimes supervisors or others thatbget done before you, will help.
There is a bedroom with 2 beds, a little living are, bathroom & patio you have to clean. Starting off around march or april is deep cleaning the hotel isn't open so you'll get training from the supervisors or manager
*FRONT DESK
I don't know who trains you
But I do know they'll give you practice trials on the computer
Your job is to register guest in, print tickets if a guest purchased them
Make room keys
Your hours are about the same

And you also handle money and have a draw
