Winter Chill Out 2025

Use this thread to discuss the WCO experience, which is tomorrow, Feb. 22nd.

I'll get the ball rolling as we celebrate WCO eve.

What's in the crate?

EDIT: My personal guess is a train for Siren's Curse. Maybe TT2.

Or a log flume.

I'd like to ask a favor of anyone attending who likes to post pics. Can you please get a shot of the lunch menu? I know they typically don't use wco to release a lot of new info, but in the past they've included new food items that made it onto the seasonal menus. Plus I'm just curious how inventive they are these days.

Good luck tomorrow to everyone attending. Last couple years (at least--not sure what weather was like in years prior) the weather has really made the event live up to its name.

The crate is obviously a delivery of TP for the new bathroom from Costco.

The crate is obviously supplies for routine lagoon maintenance.

Perhaps another unveiling of TT2 trains in the garage. Hopefully the front of the line passes I won are still good for 2025. And hopefully for the sake of the attendees this year, there is more than one washroom available for use during the tour.

Here's a pic of the menu as requested.
I'm not sure why the deserts don't show up better, but they were all Parfaits.
Banana Cream, Black Forest, Tiramisu, and Strawberry Shortcake.
I can't say I'd recommend any of it.

The Happy Friar will be similar to The Corral on the main midway.
You walk in to get your food, but no indoor dining.
Tony didn't mention any new additions to the HF menu.

Really? Can't recommend them? They sound pretty good.

I'd rather be sailing

So... free lockers this year for Siren's Curse and TT2... that's great!

And those trains are sick.

New waterslides also coming to Cedar Point Shores in 2025, and Famous Dave's is moving year round to the Quaker Steak location.

Haven't seen anyone posting info on the new iron dragon entrance or possible fast lane. Guessing this was a 'we have no info to share at this time' thing?

Is is true that the Millennium supports are now going to be white? I saw someone mention that today…

Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!

What is going in the space currently occupied by Famous Dave’s?

What is going to replace Famous Dave's? That is the most disappointing news ever. Our favorite place to cool off in the AC/getaway from the park during the day.

The parfaits were delicious! I'm not sure if I'd pay CP prices for them very often, but they were great.

The chicken & dumplings will be at Farmhouse and it was another great dish. The lemon pasta will be at Grand Pavilion and I wasn't a fan.

Nothing is moving into the current Famous Dave's.

The crate was the Siren's Curse train.

TT2 ride experience will not change with the modified train design.

Perimeter Road will be ready for opening weekend.

Did they show any artwork of the new tube waterslides?

They did. Nothing groundbreaking. Just two standard slides with a similar layout as before that can reuse the tower and the little green slide.

Oh I see, the new slides are using the same layout and tower supports. Makes sense. Thanks Cartwright.
