You can really see the expanse of unnecessary concrete there is in front of MaXair. What a waste. They could have at least made those planting islands a little bigger to fit some decent sized trees in there. I fear the worst for the old White Water Landing site.
I was looking at the aerial view of CP, and Perimeter Road goes into the park, starting near MF and heads toward FT, where there is a cul-de-sac of sorts.
Anyone know if there is a reason for this, or is it just an oopsie?
