Hi, I will be making my first trip to the Point tomarow.

I was woundering how hi the wind would have to be to close down MF and XL200.

The forcast is calling for 20 mph winds. would they still be running, or is that high enough to have them down?

20 is only high enough to bring down Skyride. The rest will stay up for the most part. I wouldn't worry unless it was 25-30+

No, it has to be a higher wind speed to close them down.

You also have to think about the direction of the wind. The wind off the lake kills Magnum as to the wind off the bay kills Millennium Force and Raptor.

I was told by a ride op that 35 mph was about the magic number. At that speed MF, Dragster and most other coasters close.
