what are good brands of womens shoes that will actually be good for the season and last that have good support? (i'm a ride host)

I would recommend getting two pairs of white shoes. It seems like every year one pair gets soaked from the rain.

I've wore Asics and Nikes. Just get something that's comfortable for you, otherwise your feet will hate you even more then they already are going to.
If they get soaked in the rain, you could always stuff them full of paper towel and put them in front of a fan.

I'd also suggest a liberal coat of waterproofing spray. If you really want awesome get one of the new nanotechnology superhydrophobic coatings like at waterbeader.com or ultra ever dry (which I can't find in small quantities)
