My question is, is there a greater difference in the heartline profile between a sit-down and a floorless, or a stand-up and a floorless? It would seem to my uneducated brain that a floorless would have a closer profile to a stand-up than to a sit-down. BGA apparently had little difficulty converting (sit-down) Kumba to a floorless, so why would it be so impossible for CP to turn (stand-up) Mantis into a floorless?
First Kumba is still a standard sit-down B&M, Sheikra is the one that is getting that treatment.
Second, as long as the seats on a floorless train are high enough up, the heartline wouldn't be an issue.

...if you adjust your seat right your "********" won't get hurt. :)
In this case, your legs become sore. who wants to walk around the park with sore legs for the whole day.
I'd rather ride a not-so-great ride sitting down, than ride a not-so-great ride standing up and be sore for the rest of the day. *** Edited 3/26/2007 7:59:26 PM UTC by @webber***
