Which housing is better to live in???

I would like to live off point. I would like to live in an apartment. Is bayside the only apartment off of point? I will be processing in the first week of May. I wounder if there will be any rooms left.

There will be housing up the ass available since the first week of may is when everyone starts showing up. From my experience, commons dorms are the best. I lived in commons apartments for about a month before I couldn't take it anymore, there was only one air conditioner in the living room and 16 people per apartment. Bayside is with less people but the situation with the air conditioner is the same. And when you're working out in the sun all day it's nice to be able to lay in bed with the ac blasting

Common dorms are better? Because I was reading bad things about common dorms saying they have bugs and etc.. I don't think that is true? Are common dorms the gray buildings when you are driving into CP?

Yes, they are and this will be my third year living there. Bayside will probably be full by then because it fills up with security guys and supervisors and what not. It is the only thing open in the off season.

I would suggest commons dorms.

EVERY building has its problems with bugs. You just have to make sure your room is clean most of the time

And I loved living in the dorms cause when you're in the apartments you have to clean the bathrooms and in the dorms you don't have to. Its nice because after work if you wanna shower or relieve yourself on the crapper you don't have to worry about it being nasty

nice touch with the "relieve yourself on the crapper" part :P haha last year someone left a huge jar of pickles under the sink of the 1500s.

Compared to issues you could have in the rest of housing, commons dorms are the best for sure! 1500's is best for sure! It's coed and the newest. 1300's is the next best option for girls and then the 1400's for guys. After that, it's just the commons apartments that are left, and trust me, you don't want to be in commons apartments...

i lived in 1500's first season, and 1300's second season. I liked 1300's way better for some reason.

As previously stated each place has a problem with bugs - keep your room clean, you won't have a problem.

How many people does Commons Dorms have per room? Is it 3 to 4 roommates?

1500's and 1400's are 4 people and I Think 1300's is 3

1400s is 3 boys per room

i lived in 1500s last year and only had 3 people. it depends on what room you get. some have two bunk beds and some have one bunk bed and one regular bed.

Then I guess it depends on each room cause my friends in the 1400's had 4 guys

they will only put 4 guys in the 1400s if the first three agree to let the 4th move in because there are only 3 lockers

I wish they did that in the 1500's last year, my side of the building only got 3 lockers and we had 4 girls in the room

1500's can have 3-4 people. Some of the rooms on the old side of the building only have three beds. 1400's&1300's are GENERALLY 3 person, but can have 4 if there's the demand. Bayside houses around 7-9 people (I believe) and the Commons Apartments house up to 16 people.

With everything, it's to each their own... but personally I preferred my dorm the most in the 1500's. I lived briefly in the common apartments my first season and it wasn't AWFUL. It gets ridiculously hot, even with a ton of fans. The apartments can also get super messy depending on how neat the people you live with are.
