Where will you first sit on GateKeeper? I personally will sit in the back left, a seat commonly referred to as "The Seat" on Six Flags Great America's X-Flight.

Back left or back right. I want to get pulled down the first drop and over the airtime hill. Can't get enough airtime.

Life is like a rollercoaster! It is full of ups and downs
Front left, outer seat. Then back left, outer seat. Then repeat for the right side. Then try the inner seats. This will take awhile to find my favorite spot.

Why row 6? I've never been on a wingrider before, but is this the "sweet spot" for this type of coaster?

THE SEAT!
2013: Maverick, Mine Ride, Skyhawk, Snake River Falls
2014: Team Leader of Snake River Falls
I'd say the "sweetspots" are the first and last two cars, 1,2,7,8 -- on either side of the train. From what I remember from riding X Flight about 24 times last season, these seats provided the most fun and forceful rides, giving the feeling of being yanked or pushed through elements, much like any other kind of coaster, but with little bits of fun lateral forces as well. Middle Seats are still a lot of fun, but you won't catch as much force that you do on the ends of the train. Inside versus outside seat doesn't change the experience to too large of an extent, but things like the zero G roll and flatspin will definitely be more fun on the outside I'd say.
I think I overanalyzed this.

This has a little more detail than Left or Right. This is what exact seat.... :p
but yea, they should merge
I will probably sit on the right, don't really care where.
Kind of a random question, but does anyone know if the restraints will go up themselves or will we have to push them up?
^Wingriders' restraints are Push down/Pull up to release when getting off. They don't really have noticable "clicks" or "notches" of tightness though, it's hydraulic like Intamin restraints

Back left is the seat you want. I can assure you.
