Pepsi Refresh is saving one coaster at a time: http://pep.si/bTTsfc

we have young kids and stayed at the Breakers last year and could back to the room and crash when they got tired. Then we could quickly go back to the park when they were rested. An overnite stay is not in the budget this year so we are trying to think of other places for the kids to recharge their batteries during the day. am also trying to avoid paying extra to get into Soak City.

I was thinking about going to the beach and maybe then can rest or nap under an umbrella on the beach. Does anybody have any other ideas of places at Cedar Point where kids can rest during the day?

When I get a little tired, I sometimes sit on a bench on the Frontier Trail. It is very peaceful and not a lot of ride noice!

I recommend the Snoopy boutique. It's air conditioned and out of the sun, and there is a great Snoopy-themed play area inside. Nothing fancy -- no tubes of slides, just a little corner of the Peanuts world tucked inside (and also probably one of the best themed areas of the park). It makes for a change-up from the hectic ride-ride-ride of the rest of the day. There are benches and a TV that plays Peanuts cartoons.

Assuming the weather is nice, the beach would probably be your best bet if you're looking for a nap.

What about Donut Time, and change the TV channel to Nick or Disney.

Take them to the Breakers pool....or inside of Breakers lobby there is a television with peanuts on all the time. You could sit in there and rest, it isn't A/C though.

Have a long lunch at TGI Fridays and let your kids swim in the pool...
