where to go down there

My friend and I are going down there this summer im doing MF and she is doing Ripcord after we get out of work is there anywhere to go have fun like clubs or bars?

There is a decent sized mall, two movie theaters, about a half-dozen strip malls, and a dozen bars. The closest bar is called Louies. It is within walking distance of Commons and Bayside.

Louies is ok, but it's busy and gets old after awhile. The dance floor is small. It's still better then the dorms at night however. Still go there regardless. There's Bourbon Street and Daly's in town. BW3. And some others.

Provided you have safe transportation (i.e., a designated driver), I give BW-3 a major endorsement. God bless the 23oz. happy hour!

Sorry, not anymore. Closed last month.
Sandusky also has a great library for a town
of it's size, which is being expanded. They
have a big collection of videos there. You
might try 1-800-BUCKEYE for a copy of the Visitor's Guide Buckeye North. Lot's o' things to do there in the summer. Go to the Sandusky Drive-In Theatre, which looks closed, but isn't.
I'm there every other weekend, running the projectors. Bring your own goodies, 'cuz the snack bar has been closed for years.

To think today was 25 cent wing night and I didn't go. rats!!!

Where's the BW-3? We have one in the Burgh, and I like it. It'd be a cool change of pace from the usual food I eat when I'm up there...

It's in the strip next to the mall.

I love BW-3!! We have 3 of them here in the Youngstown area. They have the best wings and the burgers are great too. I'm with you Jeff on the 23 oz. beer. Those are the best.
