Where should I live?

I am a first year and from Indiana so obviously I am going to be living at Cedar Point somewhere. My question is, where would you recommend living? I think the female dorms that are on site are called Gold? I know those have no AC or heat, but would I be okay with just bringing a fan or something? I won't be having a car to drive to and from work so I don't know if this would be the best option. If I lived off-point, I would have to depend on the bus, right?

yeah if you lived off point youd have to depend on the bus, unless you had a roommate with a car and you had similar schedules

Or you could just bum a ride off somebody. I've done that many times. People are more than willing to help each other out. However to answer the topics question...LIVE IN COMMONS!!! I guarantee thats where most of your friends will end up living. Plus golds don't open up until after the season starts. And not to mention you'll want to have the AC after a long hot day at work.

I won't be processing in until the 6th and the Golds open the 1st so I'll be fine on that. I was told that the golds had AC put in last year.

not sure if they didnt after the season but they definitely didnt have it every time i visited!
