When you think your summer is a bit rough...

That is the worst park I have ever seen. Im spoiled with cedar point. I went to geauga lake when it was six flags, and i thought it was bad when it took them almost 20 min to load their flat rides, and we went on the swinging ship and they let some person stay on the platform while it was running (non employee)

Yeah, Geauga Lake was pretty bad in the day... Back before the six flags purchase my Kent State organization was brought in for "casual labor". Basically they paid us $ for the club in exchange for us working for a fall evening.
We figured we'd be selling popcorn or working in the haunted house. Actually we were in RIDES. They put me in charge of one of the coasters. They explained to me how to start the train, how to stop it and what needed to be included in the spiel. They then wished me luck and told me they'd check on me in an hour and a half, and told me to have fun. I got through it well, despite the five minutes of training. However, one of my pals was in charge of the rotor. Someone got sick on it on his second ride and he kept the ride going. (He didn't have a lot of common sense.) He then closed the ride and went into the park to find a "real employee" to clean it up!
all in all, it was fun and interesting and we didn't kill anyone. However, watching CP get more and more anal each season, it's humorous to think back only about 6-7 years ago!

That park was bad. I always loved Cedar Fair parks because they are clean..
