Whats the farthest you have ever traveled?

So most of these are looking alike(or to me sounding like) family vactions, I thought this was for rollerocaster trips only? But doesn't matter

Actually mine was a roller-coaster trip for the new B&M floorless coaster at Fancyworld.

Where am I now?????

i dont know which is longer....

LA to Orlando for WDW,

-or-

Vegas to Columbus for CP and PKI??

if you count where we went in the state, Ohio was longer cuz we went from Columbus to CP to PKI to Columbus again....

I don't see how flying counts at all. When you can get up and walk 25 feet from your howling kids, that just plain don't count. Or when you can ask someone else to get you something who wasn't just behind the wheel for 7-8 hours and secretly wishes to run you over.

Hey, if you got a paddle and rowed over there yourself, I'm impressed. But otherwise, take your little bag of honey roasted peanuts and go find the 'How long did you sit on your keester' thread, aaiiight?

(whose kids scream in each others faces for FUN....and I wish I was kidding)

Coming 6/6/02--the CoastaPlaya 100! See CBuzz Club Calendar for more...

After persuading my family to go to Cedar Point for almost a year, in 2000, we drove from New York to Sandusky which was about a 8-9 hour drive. Good times. After persuading my parents to go again for about 2 years, I think it's time we go again.

Sigh, not likely.

My really bad website ~ www.expage.com/coasterpoint

We just returned from our 10 day Roller Coaster Trip. Tampa to Richmond (800 miles by plane), 10 hours by car to CP for 2 days, 4 hours by car to PKI, 10 hours back to Richmond for PKD and BGW. Mapquest says 1650 miles, the rental car company said 2200 miles. All total we travelled 3800 miles round trip, we rode 42 of the 44 coasters we planned to ride (Wicked Twister and Hypersonic were down) and got in over 100 coaster rides total (My son rode Apollo's Chariot at BGW10 times in one day). It was a great trip!

I came to CP last summer from UK, thats my furthest i guess
