Is it fun? Do you meet a lot of new people? Do you get Employee Ride Day and days off? What are the dorms like?

You meet a lot of new people, typically work 6 days a week, dorms are awful, 3-4 people per room, community showers and bathrooms, lots of theft toward the end of the season. If you can get Bayside, DO IT, but that's typically for supervisors, and the Castaway Kids....
Other than that, CP is a blast! You have a bus that will take you downtown and to the mall if you dont have a car, and you have a bar across the street. Be prepared to work long hours. You will be able to get into the park anytime you want, but if you are working 6 days a week, you may not want to. But Sandusky has lots of things to do, and if you want someone to hang with, I'd be glad to show you around town!

I'm too young to work at CP, but thanks anyway (:

I'm not quite old enough yet, but I'm considering applying for a job at CP in a few years, especially as a ride op. How much does the average employee get paid?

Top 5 CP Coasters: 1. Steel Vengeance 2. Millennium Force 3. Maverick 4. Dragster 5. Magnum
Coaster Count: 102
Its Ohio minimum wage but when you work 60 hours a week give or take it adds up real fast.
2012: Magnum/ Millennium
2013: Millennium/ Co-TL Magnum
2014: TL Magnum

Last year, I got $7.40 an hour. THIS year, I'll be getting $7.70, now that minimum wage went up.
I thought i was going to be making $7.70 also, but on my contract it say's $7.85. Jake10 where are you working?
