My first coaster ever was Python at Busch Gardens in Tampa. My first CP coaster was Mantis because the MF line was too long.

Mine was Willards Whizzer at Six Flags Great America way back in about 1977 or 1978.
Same for me, even got stuck on the lift hill (circle) that first ride in the 70's. At Cedar Point it was Raptor in 2002.
My son felt bad that I hadn't ridden any of the big stuff during our 14 hour day(midnight closes that year). So on our way out of the park, he said he would wait while I rode it with my girlfriend. It only cost me a large dippin dots to keep him happy, and his older brother. After that his brother convinced him (my son) to let me and his brother ride MF. My girlfriend was afraid of it that year.
It was probably the best vacation I ever had with my son. Priceless!! That was the beginning of my Cedar Point life. First, I haven't been to Great America since. Then after making the trip 10 times during 2003 I decided to try working there. Some of the best times I've ever had!
2004,2005 Food Services
2006 One Long visit
Nobody else has the same first coaster as me. :)
Yankee Canonball at Canobie Lake Park, I was in 4th grade.
First CP Coaster? Honestly I can't even remember, but I think it was CCMR. Either way that was 1991.
My first coaster, when I was four, was the Beastie in KI. However the first one I liked/remember was either Blazing Fury or Thunder Express in Dollywood. My first CP coaster was Raptor.
what's the name of that ride you see at the county fairs that looks like a dragon and sounds like it's about to fall apart!?
i'm pretty sure that was my first coaster.... it was so intense!!
Thunderation at Silver Dollar City in 98 I think. I was 7.
1. Millennium Force
2. Top Thrill Dragster
3. Magnum XL 200
4. Raptor
I remember it well, Big Dipper at Geauga Lake in the late 60's. Was on it again a few years ago and it is still as good as ever!
