What was your favorite 2002 CP memory?

Mine would have to be my first ride on MF. I went to CP for my first time this year and I got to ride it. It would have to be my favorite memory...

A close second would just have to be walking through the front gates for the first time.

What was yours??

Thats a tough one, I would have to say my first ride on Wicked Twister. I was the first person to ride WT on media day and the train was empty, I was sitting with a reporter from Stubenville and we were the only two people in the train, it was still dark out and there was a light drizzle. It was quiet an experience.

My First Ride On MF, Magnum, And WT. And Raptor. I know, I'm sad, but this was my first year of not being a "coaster chicken"...Loved it all. My 2 favorite experiances were Magnum at night, and MF at night on the last weekend, so the island hops were covered with fog and stuff. The whole Millie island was foggy, it was great.

My most unforgettable (not necesarrily favorite) memory was riding Millenium Force in the pouring down rain, man does that sting.

Definitely when my cousin Michelle and I went to Cedar Point and the park was empty. We got on so many rides that we got bored and went home. It was great and its always a blast being with her.

Riding MF early this season with a newbie. He got scared and grabbed the seat infront of him. Definetly grabbed the girl's hair and pulled it. She just started cursing the way around the track. It was hilarious.

mine would have to be my first trip of the year in May, last day in the park for us...

we were waiting in line for MF and they didn't have enough riders to send the train. so we waited on the platform for 5 minutes, encouraging others coming up the ramp to hurry. then they said the three sweetest words in the English language..."load this train".

FIRST TRAIN OF THE DAY!! we get back to the station and they say "if you want to ride again, go through here" and we all go through the handicapped gate and get right back on the same train!! waht a way to end a trip/start a day!!

I have three.

1. Getting stuck on Raptor on closing day right before the park closed. In the front seat no less. Be careful what you wish for.

2. Blue Streak, Millie and Maggie in September had the best day of airtime all season.

3. Finally fitting on WT after nearly four months of intense dieting and exercising!

Isn't May here yet?!? :-)

Gosh...I can't decide between two...

Opening Day with my son...our first ride on WT, and that first ride of the season on MF, Raptor and Maggie.

Labor Day was a great trip as well. I think one of the best times during that day was sitting in the covered "station" area just before the tunnel to Frontier Trail during the rain. Watching some teenage girls dancing in the rain; watching a giggling 3 year old playing; and just chilling out with my husband and 16 year old son. Not often I can get my 16 year old to just sit and talk with us.

I forgot to mention the first time I was able to ride PT down with my eyes opened and NOT screaming!!

My favorite memory for 2002....hmmm...well I thought this was quite funny..I was sitting on a bench waiting for my friend and this damn seagull flew overhead me and sprayed poop all over the place--JUST MISSED ME! thank god. lol. Seriously my favorite memory was taking my 3 year old son there for the first time this season. He loved it. We had a great day just me and him. He got to ride more than I thought he would...even The Giant Wheel! lol
Hey for a 3 year that is huge stuff! It even scared me...lol :)

2.Wicked twister first ride

3.Riding wicked twister as they were shooting off the fireworks in the front seat and as soon as we got to the top of the first twist, they set the biggest one off.
