What should I do?

So I applied for CP on Friday (March 1) for any position in the food services. (Now I want to change to ride operator). I checked my application status over the weekend and saw this message:
Your application is currently on review by our hiring managers for the job choices that you indicated.
Your application was reviewed by: Samantha Charles (Food Services) on 03/01/2013
I felt like I did a good job on my application but I'm still crossing my fingers >_< They're also doing local interviews on 03/15,03/16 and 04/13. Once you applied, you can go and meet them in person at any interview date.

Should I expect a call anytime soon or should I just go to one of the interviews as soon as I can? And can I change my job choice if I wanted to?

If you get a call, you can always express to them that you no longer want to work in food services.

And you need to have your phone interview before you have your in person one i believe
