What Should first time employee's know? 2011

Hello All, My name is James MacSkimming. This will be my first summer working at CP as a Bonded Police Officer. I am pretty cool, really easy to get along with and always looking to have a fun time! My question is what all does a first time employee actually need to bring with them from home? I understand they want you to money for atleast 3weeks. However I am unsure of what CP offers for their employees. Laundry? Meals? Etc. Just trying to get an idea what all to expect. I process in on May 6th, I will not know anyone so if anyone would like to meet up and hang out, just let me know. Is their anything special a 1st. timer should know? Thanks a bunch :)

Hey man I am also a 1st year here -- there are other posts on here that are pretty thorough in explaining what we should need. What I have found out so far is that there is laundry available to us to use - we can purchase a laundry card from the commons store for about $5 and you reload it. Also, as far as uniform laundry goes we are able to exchange a dirty uniform for a clean one at Wardrobe once a day. The employee cafe supposedly has decently priced meals that aren't too horrible. Many people say that the price is about $5 without a drink -- pretty typical to fast-food pricing. Hope this helps a bit
