what parks would you like CP to buy

There are two parks I would like CP to buy and that is SFDL and SFGE then I could get a season pass and go to all and be very happy

What park is SFGE?

The Six Flags parks are not individually for sale, the entire chain is.

2003 - Wicked Twister
2004 - Wicked Twister/Top Thrill Dragster

If the Six Flags parks were individually for sale i would say SFMM. That way they can let CP be the theme park with the most rides.

Bring back Boblo!

I would choose SFOT and SFMM because they could be kick @ss parks if they had good management.

SFEG, i think that park needs a little TLC to make it good again.

The Outstanding Mister Twister

SFMM no doubt would be the best park for CF to buy. You immediatly have great coasters to add to the CF collection. Question, would CF get to keep Batman and Superman characters?

not unless they wanted to pay the DC Comics licensing fees.

Goodbye MrScott

John

sorry about that SFGE is Great Escape

SFDL because it is my home park and could be something great with a little help.

Does any body remember what happened last time they bought a Six Flags park?

They redid the water park, changed the names of some of the rides, did general improvements, and still haven't caught much of a return on it.

I wouldn't mind them buying Magic Mountain. Then I would be able to use my pass to get into both worthwhile Southern California parks on my next trip. :)

Umm it is not like the "lack of return" was unexpected. Sure they probably would have liked a higher attendance and such but Six Flags destroyed that park reputation and it takes more than one season to gain people back. You change the park's name several times and it will confuse people. You try operating a park that was poorly run all around for a few years - its going to take a few years to gain "respect" back from customers who don't know the difference between CF/SF ownership. Cedar Fair didn't do anything wrong with Geauga Lake(ok maybe a few, but for the most part its been headed in the right direction), it is just taking longer than expected to win back people from the Six Flags era.

I personally think SFKK and SFGA and maybe even GAdv wouldn't be bad. They're all big SF parks and I think they're the better run of the franchise.

Coaster Fanatic Since 2003

I think if CF buys SFGAdv they would still have the tallest fastest record in the name of CF.

I would like to see CF buy SFGA. I think it would be a nice addition. Magic Mountain would also be good, and I think Great Adventure has bigger potential than its crowds now.

Thrills Around the Corner!

CF dosen't need the KK nightmare.

I would like to see them buy G ADV, MM, Six Flags Ohio (just to say they own 3/4 of the major parks in Ohio) KK and SFOG that would give CF quiet abit of amusement buissness the east.

1.Millennium Force
2.Top Thrill Dragster
3.Wicked Twister
4.Magnum
5.Raptor

I think I'd like to see them buy Holiday World in Santa Claus, IN. Just because of the new woodie they're currently building, Voyage... 24 seconds of airtime on that baby. It breaks a few other records as well.

2003 : Johnny Rockets
2004 : Johnny Rockets
2004-2006 : Castaway Bay

Kennywood in Pittsburgh is a great little park, and I would love to see it in CF hands. On my last visit, my biggest problem was the employee dress code and overall demeanor. Sweatpants and t-shirts will never be an amusement park uniform in my book.
