You should go seasonal at Disney because you still get all of the benefits that you get now and you can work when ever you want to as many day as you want too.
I really want to, and just come down during Christmas break so that I don't have to go back to Target. Do you know if you can get into housing as a seasonal?

No you can't get into housing as a seasonal. The only benefits you get is getting in the parks for free with your cast member id. You get a main gate pass yearly and you get discounts to the shops, resturants, hotels for yourself as well as family and friends. That is all of the benefits you get.
