What ESD trips would you like to see offered this

I would like to see them again offer trips to nearby parks and possibly offer a trip to Michigan's Adventure or Paramount Canada's Wonderland. Also maybe a trip to the Ohio State Fair.
PCW or MA would be just WAY too far a trip to do. Not possible in a single day and ESD trips need to be contained withing a single day.

Dorney Park. Although last time was rough but they could do it again.

Yea - if they did Dorney, they could do Michigan's Adventure! :) PCW might be pushing it with all the issues of crossing the border and stuff.

i remember they did it in 99, and it was....interesting... i think thats the way my buddy put it...lol
When they offer the trips, do they offer them only once? Like if you have to work that day you are screwed, or what? Please explain this to me...
They are usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays, if I remember correctly... If you ask for that specific day off way in advance, and your day off is different week to week, I don't see why it would be a problem to get a certain day off since they advertise the trips so far in advance.

I second MIA, Dorney, and the Browns game (it'd be really cool to see them in the preseason).

what is an ESD trip? is it like a field trip for employees or something. Well if its to other parks, I would like to go to SFGA or Kings Island, or SFWOA. I've never been to any of those parks.

ESD is the Employee Services Department. They take care of all the employee activeties like ride nights, employee trips, the chicken BBQ (my favorite), and other employee events. Kudos to Jamie and the ESD for a good 2002 season. I to would like to see a trip to Dorney or MIA, I have always wanted to visit Dorney:)

If I dont get out of here and find me a sweet bus station skank, I might do something disgusting that I might really regret!

I love ESD...from the trips, to the parties and even bingo night lmao

(hahah)

Ok, thanks for your response 99er. This is my 1st yr at the point, so I really didn't know what it was. I hope that they have something planned like before the park opens. That would be fun to have a ride night before opening day.

Well, keep in mind Cleveland's just a stone's throw away. Organizing a trip to see any events there shoudln't be too hard if you know enough people. A bunch of us in games made our own trip to see WWE Raw at Gund Arena.

Indians, or Browns games. And other parks, of course. Maybe Tower City in Cleveland?
How about the airforce museum? Its free and it is really huge! And very interesting even for those who dont like aviation! I go there every year and I still find the place fascinating!
