What do YOU want???

Hey all,
I'm new to the board, so HOWDY! I figured I'd start off by stirring up a little debate (not a fight, please by courteous and mature!).

My question is: YOU get to make the decision on CP's next big attraction. What do YOU want???

Later,
V

P.S. My choice would be either a B&M floorless 10-inversion record setter, or a S&S TrustAir 2000.
Hi, I want a floorless or a megalooper.
Easy. I want a B&M megalooper, floorless or not, with multiple loops. It doesn't have to be a record breaker, just big. A close second would be a lay-down (flying) coaster like "Stealth". Good question.
Welcome!!!

I posted something similar in the archive section titled "If you were Cedar Point's CEO, what would you do??"

As for me, I would run with the boardwalk project idea, adding an inverted Wild Mouse (Arrow) and a funhouse in the Oceana area, and a Cyclone-type coaster where DT currently sits.

I also would add the S&S Thrust Air too (just don't know where I would put it!!)

i would add a HUGE racing woodie. i love wooden coasters and CP DESPERATELY needs another one.i mean, a park as old as this one, with 14 coasters and only 3 woodies? a racer is always good. although, with the way people feel about Mean Streak, they might be shying away from woodies.... i know, Gemini races, but if a new one was of the "dueling" variety, as well.....

Gemini is NOT a wooden coaster.

Tubular steel track = steel coaster.

If Gemini is considered a wooden coaster, you might as well count the Cedar Creek Mine Ride as well.

I would like a new type of "dueling" woodie or just a plain woodie. A floorless mega-looper would be cool. I would really like a dueling coaster. one like Gwazi would be cool like i said before. I want something that CP has never tried before and that would be probably the only thing they haven't tried.
a Magnum clone!! er..how about a nice gentle B&M Megalooper floorless that breaks 11 world record over at the Boardwalk..

Hometown parks: Kennywood, Cedar Point!
128 days until the real "Millennium
I would like to see a Haunted Mansion, say what you want but the one at DisneyWorld is one of my favorite things in the amusement industry. I think CP use something like that to "balance" out the park as well.

Here is what I would like to see:

2001 - B&M Floorless
2002 - Large GCI Woodie
2003 - Family Coaster and something like Days of Thunder @ PKI (or like Star Wars in WDW)
2004 - Indoor looper, such as Flight of Fear @ PKI for rainy days!
2005 - Flying Coaster, or whatever new technology is out there. (ThrustAir 2000 would be awesome too!)

Something so great that we can't even imagine. Something that no one here has ever thought of. Thats what I want and Cedar Point does it all the time:).

I want a 310-foor Intamin coaster that goes 92mph at an 80-degree angle.

One year at a time, folks... this year's project isn't even finished!

It's not just for Penn State fans anymore!
I want another B&M inverted coaster like the Raptor but twice as long and twice as high
The "something like Days of Thunder " is called a motion simulator and I'll try to find the article were CP said that they will not install one at the park becase they beleive in "real thrills".
MF will be great, but what I really want is something to go over by the Ocean Motion. I don't care if it's a B&M, a spin & spit, or whatever, but I haven't been to that area of the park in years because there's no reason to!!

If you look closely in the construction photographs, that whole area of the park looks so run down (maybe its the snow), but something/ANYTHING in that area would be an improvement.
