What do you DO in line?

I only bring out my cards when the ride breaks down

for me its either Zune, talk with friends, or try to make a line buddy. or just look so bored people talk to you. If your lucky its a cute girl, if not an annoying kid that wont stop talking.

Oh its also frustrating trying not to fix peoples facts about the rides. Always hard to hold back from starting a debate that i know I'm right in.

I get stared at in line all the time.....it kinda gets annoying.

Anyway, I thought bringing up old threads was just an offseason thing....:) Turns out it's not.......

I hate people watching. I cannot stand waiting in line, looking at the same people over and over. It gets annoying quick. My sis and I just act goofy to pass time I guess.

i either talk to the people im with in line,or i get nosey and start listening to other folks' conversations (but without jumping in),haha! i also watch the rides in motion. oh,and dance/sing to the music if there is a dj booth in the line. u know,though--the best ride to watch while in line is at great america-the giant drop. there's nothing like people cursing like sailors when they come down that drop and laughing at their facial expressions!

Oh boy, play this game. Whenever my friends and I are at the point, we play this game: just pick out a person and stare at them until you lock eyes, you win if you stare them down and they turn away. It is so much fun lol.

This was kind of fun. I took my boys to CP last year. In line, my 16 year old son would fold these little origami swans out of some paper he had brought along. Then he would set one on top of one of the trash cans in the line. As we wove through the line, it was fun to watch what would happen to the swan. We saw little kids find them and get excited, we saw a kid pick one up and rip the head off, we saw a guy give one to his girlfriend.

Moral of the story - it doesn't take much to entertain us in a mind-numbing hour-long line!

Me and my friends play a game we like to call "the penis game". Its when you take turns saying penis and each time you say it, it has to be louder than the last person who said it. If somebody says it loud enough, and a random person turns and looks at you, you are out for the round. It has to be clear enough though so you can understand what your saying. Me and my cousin were at the point of screaming it in Firehawk's line a few weeks ago.

Real mature, I know. :)

That's a really smart thing to do when little kids are around. I take it that you're on of those kids that screams sarcastically on mine ride too, huh?

I like how after discussing your little game, you make it very clear that it is immature to be playing that game... however, you continue to play. Therefore, if logic serves me correctly:

P-game = Immature
YMITFTRTTD plays P-game
YMITFTRTTD = Immature

^^Mine Rider is a very thrilling ride! ha ha ha!

I rode it opening day at 10 p.m. with three random people. The crew asked us to be happy to ride one of scariest rides here! So I started screaming the whole time actually all the small kids and even their mom screamed. It was so funny, everyone in Fronteir Town was turning around and even some of the workers started laughing in the station over their microphones!

I usually look for a enthusiast or someone wearing a shirt from another Amusement Park you know you can always tell an enthusiast. I find out a lot about that persons home park.

A couple of weeks ago I waited for over an hour for MF, longer than I've waited in years. Luckily a few rows over there were these three guys who looked like they'd been drinkin' the drugs dancing like maniacs. It was entertaining because they dance with such intensity and only stopped briefly to discuss their next move. About halfway through the line another group of guys in line the next row over started to "battle" the other dancers and every time they passed they had a "dance-off". Once the second group of guys got onto the ramp they did their final dance in front of the whole line and the entire crowd cheered and deemed them the winners. Made the hour long line worth it.

I like CP Rush's game. I've actually played it before, but not at CP. And I like the Swan's. That is pretty hilarious. I think we will try something like that next time. :)

Zach, I think you better take advantage of being mature while you can. ;)

I think one of the funniest shows ever made was Trigger Happy TV. Kinda like candid camera, except the people getting pranked never know that it was actually for at tv show. It sort of fits the time passing ideas mentioned above.

I'm to tall for Mine Ride. Have been kicked off many times.

Sometimes I can be immature. Oh well. I like to have fun, and that game keeps us entertained while waiting for 2 hours in 90 degrees. Sometimes it takes being immature to have a lil fun. Calm down people.

Let's Get Weird.

How would you feel if you were with your parents and someone was playing that game? Yeah, awkward I know. If I was waiting for 2 hours in 90 degree weather(I wouldn't), and someone was playing it, I would probably go ballistic. Talk about annoying.

Watch the woo man.
