Mantis always has such a long line. It takes forever to load those trains. I don't think it's because it's popular.
Not to mention there is no air flow in that line. its really hot in that line.

Isn't that popular?
My ride may not be the best ride ever, but it's the most under-rated coaster in that park. It does take longer then most to load because people don't understand the concept of a stand-up roller coaster. I do agree with you about the air flow though. The fans don't do that great of job.

The line for Mantis would move faster if only they put the third train on lol.

Why would the line move faster when the trains already frequently stack while only running two?

The lines for Mantis would move faster if they ran it like Magic Mountain runs Riddlers Revenge. They tell you seats are locking, seats lock, they send you on your way. If you didn't figure out how to stand up, you deal with it.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
^That's why Six Flags is Six Flags. They don't care about comfort (or possible safety) of the riders. I would rather have it take a little longer and have an enjoyable ride than have it lock in when it's halfway up my.....well, you know. ;)
^ That is exactly right ringer. That is why i HATE six flags. When they were running Geauga Lake, I was getting ready to ride Thunder Hawk. Well They checked my seat once and only once. Well as we were going up the lift for some reason my seat belt must not have clicked and came apart. I did notice and was able to get it to click. If they would have checked it a second time or at least took a few extra seconds to check it better they would have found that out them selves and fixed it then, but thats six flags for ya. Id rather safe then sorry...

^ - that's why you make sure its secure yourself. Who cares if they check it once, twice or ten times.

Although surely it must help when they say the word, "Check". ;)

Haha, I wish...We have so much to look for its probably one of the hardest coasters to work at CP. But I do agree with you and wish that could be the case. :o/

Here's one TR that documents just such a wait:http://coasterbuzz.com/Forums/Thread/47940.aspx
I'm sure I could find more if I looked harder, but I'm getting bored.
Yes. I was the entrance host/spieler that day as a ride pride volunteer. The line reached all the way down near Jr. Gemini for at least a good two hours. It really slowed down near closing and on Sunday, it was a walk-on all day and they shut down the blue side. That Sunday the 14th was very slow. So, I can vouch for it being that busy. They told me to put it at an hour and a half at one point, but I know that even with a packed line, it only takes fifteen minutes to get to the station.
