Tom: You need to get a better understanding of the law. If you sit on my deck you're trespassing. I don't need signs. If you blow off a stop sign, you've broken the law even though it doesn't doesn't say it's a law. If you kill somebody, you've broken the law, even though there are no signs with a red "no" circle over the word murder.
Ignorance is not an excuse for breaking the law.

Tempest in a teapot, as far as I'm concerned. Cedar Point obviously don't care that much, or A) there wouldn't have been that many people back there, and B) there would be clear signs and guards posted. Sorry, I think berating people like Jeff is doing is more about making himself feel superior than anything real. Leave the policing up to Cedar Point. And let's stay on topic... the sound!

Whether CP cares enough to stop each person heading to the back of the park (at a time when employees are arriving) doesn't matter. What matters is Jeff's relationship and trust with CP. It's HIS site. If he doesn't want to host a video due to the possibility of losing CP's trust, then so be it.
The only people Jeff is "berating" are those who are dumping on him for following the "unwritten" rules. Honestly, grow up.
