hey everyone i just had my interview and she said ok i am going to submit this to HR and let them do there review and do the reference check...

what does this actually mean do i have a good chance or not

or is this what they tell people they arnt hiring?

it just means they have to do a background check. Did they verify your process in date? You will get something in the mail if you were hired.

not that i remember but i had called her to set up the interview on monday and today was the date she picked and she asked the first time we talked...and i noticed on jobnet that it went from first choice-ride op and changed to second choice-sweep prob. an hour after we talked

Hubba-Bubba, the fact that it changed from Ride-op to sweep is pure coincidence. It does not mean that you won't be hired as a ride host. For new employees, the first hiring managers that look at your application are the managers of the area you picked for your first choice. After a period of time (usually a few weeks), then the managers of your 2nd choice area are allowed to review your application.
