The only reason i never went in this one is because i was afraid to walk a few feet through fright zone but now, few years later, i really wish i would have but im only 13 now so you can only imagine how scared i was back then.

I never got the chance to go through the attraction. But, I like Corn Stalkers (it's replacement). I'm told that Werewolf Canyon wasn't really that good.

I think a lot of the problem with Werewolf Canyon was that it was staffed with fraternities and sororities, not with Screamsters, and you could tell that they really didn't know what they were doing. Having Screamsters work Corn Stalkers (plus a better layout) helps.
I actually like Werewolf Canyon. That was the thickest fog I've ever seen, on any haunt. I literally couldn't see my uncle, whose shoulders I had my hands on. But somehow the wolves were able to sneak up on us with no problem haha. Pretty cool.

I thought WereWolf Canyon was "ok". The fog WAS awesome and they did get some good scares. But the overall feel of Cornstalkers is FAR superior. The thick walls of corn really make you feel like you're in a corn field sometimes. And they definitely don't go easy on the fog......and you can NEVER have too much fog. ;)

To much fog doesn't exist, that's why I love Millennium force when frightzone and terror island are going

all I'm going to say is werewolf canyon caught fire once. I think that just says enough. unfortunately they put it out.

the people in the canyon at the time might disagree with "unfortunately they put it out" :)

mhmm, I'm just dripping with sarcasm. I was following the fire trucks in to get into makeup at the time, (Not for WWC) and I was really hoping they wouldnt get there in time and they wouldn't be able to do anything for it. things have gotten exponentially better since they got rid of the "scream teams" IE the college volunteers that give up by their 3rd day of work.

I think hour is the word you were looking for, not day. :)
Werewolf Canyon really wasn't anything spectacular. Corn Stalkers is far and away the better attraction. Getting all that corn set up in there is definitely a feat in its self.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
well to be fair we got some stellar scream teams. BUT they were few and far between. 1 in a thousand would rock and be great for a whole weekend. 100 would give a solid first day and then the rest sucked from the start and every now and then they'd get caught drinking on the job and not even last the whole weekend.
Cornstalkers is a huge step up and the cutting of the volunteers shows a big step in the right direction.
