Web Cam Activity and Testing..Oh My!

Has anybody else noticed the 2 separate pieces of track on the Power Tower cam? I know it would be for taking a train off if needed but why 2? Does this mean there's goin to be 3 trains?

no i live in Colorado and we get stuff come in quick here somtimes too. It just made me blink to make sure it was not a old image like the cams were down or something

To be honest, I wouldn't care if they announced it tomorrow, June 5th, or any time between. We already know what it is. It's not like they have 90% of the ride to put up still. I'm not going to be waiting for it for very long when it opens. :)

What if it's completely different than what we expected? Maybe the "people in the know" are trying to direct us in the other way. I'll bet that this "thing" is just an addition to camp snoopy with a big slide.

The "track" closest to the Gemini/Magnum XL-200 Midway is the ladder for the little kids to climb up and then they have to use a mat to slide down and if they get stuck they can climb back up to the top if they want.

Or maybe it's just for decoration. It'll be the new park symbol. And it will never be turned into an observation tower

Back to Web Cam's -- This may have been mentioned elsewhere, but did anyone notice it looks like one of the two cranes has taken a hike from The Po!nt? Not sure when it disappeared, but it looks from the Beach cam that they are indeed down to only one now?

They removed one of the cranes yesterday. I was bored at work and watched them dismantle it.

While somewhat non-webcam related, Cedar Point probably has something coming here after the Thursday announcement.
