Wardrobe, any items for purchase?

Does Cedar Point have items that you can buy in the wardrobe department? I read that uniforms are provided free, and are washed, which is nice. But can you pay for things like Jackets, coats, and hats? My former employer sold a variety of items that we could wear while on the job, that had the park logo. What say you, returning employees?

Yes off hand I don't remember the prices of everything. They have sweatshirts, warmup suits, rain suits, hats, visors and other things.

You buy them and they are yours.. I think a blue suit was $55, sweatshirts were like $15, a rain coat was somewhere around $20 and those cool blue belts are $4.

Look at it this way, if after you buy the stuff and never want to use it again, chances are someone will buy it on E-Bay!

When your employment time is up with CP and you know that you'll not be returing to work there ever again you can sell your employee stuff on ebay for a good amount. Believe me there are CP collectors that go crazy over employee things and would pay whatever it takes to have something that can only be baught if you become an employee.

But if you're like me and you cherished the time(s) that you worked there you'll never give up you employee things and you'll take extra good care of them. But then again that's just me :-)

i swear those "cool" belts are some sort of sick and twisted torture, especially when you have to pee, anyone ever notice that when you have to pee really bad, those belts are very difficult to unfasten????...oh and the best thing you can do for yourself is buy the wind suit, rain suit and a sweatshirt, when it's cold, layer up and you'll be nice and toasty, but remember to put on a pair of sweats over your uniform, then layer up, this is for the people who get extremely cold like myself
