Waitress Workers

I'm working at Perkins this summer which is apart of hotel breakers. Is anyone else working there and how are the tips as a waitress?!

I will be dining at Perkin's (Hotel Breakers) in June (2012). If I get ok to good service I will tip 20%. If the service is great I will tip more. I will have my two very young grandsons with me. Toddlers and babies can make it more difficult for a waitress or waiter so, depending on the (the kids) behavior, I will tip more if called for. I don't think anyone should have to clean up a mess without proper tipping. I also assume the tips are probably shared with the bus staff.
Sadly, I have seen people at this restaurant that caused a lot of problems and stiffed the wait staff. Just do your best and know that some people will appreciate your efforts.
